About Us

Our job as coaches is to encourage our athletes to compete at the highest level of their individual abilities. Our foundation is based on sound principles, science and motor learning.  We take what we learn from Gold Medal Squared and implement the "science of coaching" into everything we do.  If we can guarantee our coaches are at the top of their game then we can more accurately guarantee our players are too!

Happy thoughts from our parents and players

People say “how much different can one club be over another?” In the case of Eclipse? The difference is in the knowledge of the game, how to motivate and develop athletes, and how to teach techniques that make a lasting impact not just in volleyball but also interpersonal skills. Each person/player has a role on the team. Learning how to depend on others to get the job done is huge. In a lot of settings people/players can hide and let someone else do the work. Not here...each person is important and vital to the success and failure of the program. Each is accountable to themselves and others. Our daughter was a good volleyball player but had never played club; her game intelligence, strategy, and ability to lead by being her best self is a tribute to an excellent experience with Coach Reilly and his team at Eclipse.
