Ali Hudgins - Practice Coach

Ali grew up in Forsyth county playing volleyball for her high school teams and club teams all four years. In high school Ali started out as a middle hitter and ended playing both middle and right side hitter. After graduating from Lambert High School in 2012, Ali went on to LaGrange College in LaGrange, GA to pursue a degree in psychology and to play collegiate volleyball. While at LaGrange Ali played all three hitting positions but found her home in playing right side and became the starting right side by the end of her freshman year. Ali graduated from LaGrange College in May 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.

Immediately after LaGrange College, Ali enrolled in Mercer University’s Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. While in graduate school, Ali held a coaching position with Prolink Atlanta volleyball club for two years coaching 14s and 16s teams. Ali passed the state licensing exam for professional counseling in April 2019 and graduated with a 3.96 GPA in May 2019. Ali is awaiting the approval from the National Board of Certified Counselors to receive her state license as a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC).

Ali is currently working as an Addictions Therapist in Johns Creek and working part time as a coach!
