2019-20 Club Tryout Information
What To Bring To Tryouts
1. USAV Membership Form from srva.org (link above)
- You must register and pay $5

You will be given the chance to print the form when you complete the online registration.

Players will not be allowed to tryout without a copy of the registration.
2. Medical Release Form from srva.org (link above)
- ***Please note that both of these forms MUST be preprinted with your Name, birthdate, etc. from their Website.
3. Must be registered online through TeamSnap! (link to the right)
- There will be a $25 late fee for registering the day of tryouts.
4. Wear appropriate volleyball gear and water!
Additional Information

We do not do call-backs, so you are required to participate on all try out dates in order to be placed on a team. 14U teams there will be two dates, and 15 and older is one day only.

Players should tryout for the youngest age group they are eligible for (see age definition document below).

Registration desk will open approximately one hour prior to tryouts.
